Musculoskeletal Embolization (MSE) Program

A minimally invasive option for chronic musculoskeletal pain related to abnormal micro-vasculature and inflammation—typically after conservative care has not provided sufficient relief.

• Genicular artery embolization (knee osteoarthritis)
• Shoulder, elbow, plantar fascia and other tendon-related pain (selected cases)
• Individualized care plans developed in collaboration with referring orthopedists and pain specialists.

Note: Patient selection is critical; not all patients are candidates. We review imaging, prior therapies, and goals before recommending MSE.

Pain Management Procedures

Image-guided interventions targeting the source of spine and joint pain to improve function with minimal downtime.

• Epidural steroid injections (cervical, thoracic, lumbar)
• Nerve and medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation (RFA)
